“Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.” – Romans 8:1-2
To be in Christ is to live filled with the Holy Spirit. It is not just accepting the gift of salvation that Jesus offers to everyone. It means allowing Him to set us free. Free from sin and free from the penalty of death. It means Christ is not our co-pilot, but He is in charge.
If Christ is really in us, the only real solution to our bad habits, wrong motives, temptations, and weaknesses is trusting Him in everything, may it be a good or bad situation. Let Him take complete control of our lives. When we give everything to Him, our lives will gradually become a reflection of who He is. If we are indeed in Christ, He will also be in us. And nothing on earth can harm us. In Christ, we can declare victory in our spiritual battles.

Dear Lord, thank You so much for reminding us how powerful You are. Thank You for being the captain of our lives. Please help us to give You complete control and trust You in every circumstance we face. You are all we need, Lord. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
