“Yet You, Lord, are our Father. We are the clay, You are the Potter, we are all the work of Your hand.”- Isaiah 64:8 NIV

I remember my first month of joining the OECC Friday church service, it was all new to me – the welcoming, the corporate singing, God’s message, the whole order of worship.

One of the songs that awaken and made an impact in my spiritual life was “The Potter’s Hand” by Hillsong. It says, “Take me and mold me. Use me, fill me. I give my life to the Potter’s hand. Hold me. You guide me. Lead me, walk beside me. I give my life to the Potter’s hand.” Honestly, until now, it haunts me, touches my soul. It pushes me to submit to His commands and be a better Christian. That’s how powerful and amazing God is. He continuously shapes us, transforms us, and nurtures us for we are all His children. We are His masterpiece! Truly His love as our Father is immeasurable and very meaningful. God is pleased whenever we engage in worshipping His name, by honoring His Word and His love for us.

Father God, thank You for revealing to us Your message. Thank You for saving us. Continue to transform our hearts to be like Yours. Teach us to be more obedient in Your calling. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
