“How great is our LORD! His power is absolute! His understanding is beyond comprehension!” – Psalm 147:5
Sometimes I can’t understand the will of God. His plans are beyond comprehension. But I knew my relationship with Him is real and that He is by my side. Because God is in me, His Holy Spirit enables me to comprehend who God is.
God makes sure that feel Him everywhere, no matter the situation and what time in the day. From the time I woke up in the morning, I praised God with renewed strength, the start of sunrise, the cool breeze of the wind, the birds flying in the air, the plants surrounding me. Ah, how amazing God’s presence is! It may seem complicated to believe for others, but with us His children, His presence is real. He is in me and with me throughout the day.
Yesterday morning, I prayed about completing my leave paper processing but found it’s missing in the Finance Department. But while waiting for them to find, I whispered to myself, “I prayed this morning God.” Sometimes we can’t understand His ways just like that situation, but God is at work. His power is absolute. He didn’t allow the enemy to steal my trust in Him. It may seem vague at times, but His promises never fail. His promise stands forever. This is how honest Jesus is. My relationship with Him is true. God is real indeed. My leave paper was finally found and I am about to claim my plane ticket.
How real is Jesus to you? Many, particularly in the Christmas season, know something of Jesus’ story. But how many know Him personally? How many are changed by His saving grace?
Prayer
Father, Your understanding is beyond my comprehension. Thank You for Your faithfulness. Your power Lord is absolute! Help me always to comprehend who You are in my life. Thank you, Jesus. In Your name, we pray, Amen!
